Petrina,Founder & Designer
Petrina has a background in architecture and interior design, and is based in Vienna. She trained with an MSc in Architecture from Chalmers University of Technology (Sweden) and a BA (with honors) in Interior Design from Bournemouth University (United Kingdom). Her work draws on more than a decade across Tanzania, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and Austria, on projects in healthcare, civic and institutional buildings, and residential and hospitality interiors.
She founded her independent practice in 2021 on a simple observation. Most rooms were never asked to support the life people want in them. The practice takes on a few projects a year, transforming a space through planning, material sourcing and styling. Projects are done in-person in Vienna, and remotely abroad.
This portfolio gathers a full range of projects from her years inside architecture practices, and the independent work that followed, including the homes that became Jubili, the hospitality brand co-founded by her practice.

Jubili is the hospitality arm of this practice. Ideas are tested on paying guests before they are offered to clients. Petrina built the brand and led design, styling, and guest experience for its first rental. It served as a live test bed, running for five years now. The property reached Superhost within its first six months, which it has held since, and carries Guest Favorite recognition.
The brief was simple. Delight the guest who pays to stay, and keep the numbers working for the owner who owns the home.
