NHC Eco Residence,Dar es Salaam

Participated in the project from tendering phase to handover and DLP of the National Housing Corporation Eco Residence apartments. I worked directly with the project architect and leased with the contractor in this Design and Build competition win. I prepared designs up to construction drawings to address variations that occurred during construction. Carried out additional detail and interior fitout, working with light consultant and other experts to ensure that the building met the required standard to receive a Green-mark award.
