A new branch for the national bank

Contributed across the full pre-construction lifecycle of a regional bank headquarters, from feasibility (including comparative site visits to BOT branches in Dar es Salaam, Zanzibar, and Dodoma) through tender award. Led office space programming based on departmental needs, coordinated with MEP engineers and specialist sub-consultants on a technically complex building, and contributed to a cost-reduction exercise to keep the project within budget. Carried out site supervision in the initial construction phase.
