Residential interior design and hospitality conversion
This is a leased apartment in Vienna, on Brabbeegasse, designed so guests could stay in a finished home and the landlord could still get the flat back as found. Paint, hardware, and freestanding pieces carried the look. Nothing that would leave a scar at handover. It is the second Vienna home in this body of work, after Tegelweg.

The brief
The flat was leased. Guests wanted a more experiential stay, and the landlord still needed the space back in its original state when the lease ended.
What changed
Every finish and furniture move was planned to reverse. Paint, hardware, and freestanding pieces carried the look. Nothing that would leave a scar at handover.
What held
A rental that reads as a finished guest home while it earns, and can be returned as found.
